At Bearefoot Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural movement journey; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your shoes are in unworn, brand-new condition and include all original packaging and tags.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
